Jobgether is seeking a Data Protection Expert based in Spain to shape and maintain a robust privacy framework across a global organization. You will ensure personal data is handled in line with GDPR, UK data protection laws, and other international standards within a cross-functional governance team.

This hands-on role combines regulatory expertise with operational delivery and strategic advisory, including DPIAs, RoPA, handling DSARs, and privacy-by-design across systems.

Formación

• Experience in data protection or privacy-focused roles within regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in GDPR and UK Data Protection Act; translate requirements into guidance.
• Experience conducting DPIAs, managing RoPA, and governing privacy frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure compliance with GDPR, UK DPA, and other frameworks; advise on interpretation.
• Conduct and maintain DPIAs, document and mitigate risks.
• Manage RoPA and review data processing operations for ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with data protection authorities and handle regulator communications.
• Oversee DSARs and ensure timely responses within statutory timelines.
• Support data breach management and post-incident reviews.
• Draft and maintain DPAs, NDAs, SCCs, and cross-border transfer safeguards.
• Contribute to privacy training, policy development, and maturity assessments.
