ING Hubs Spain is looking for a Third Party Audit Supervisor to lead IT auditors in onsite inspections for third parties, assess IT controls, and plan risk-based audits while coordinating with senior management and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s in IT or security, has 6+ years in IT audit, strong vendor management and communications in English, and relevant certifications such as CISA/CISSP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, IT Security, IT Risk Management or IT Audit.
• Experience in IT risk management, governance and the three-lines of defence; team leadership is a plus.
• Strong English communication; ability to translate gaps into business impact.
• Certifications in good standing (e.g., CISA, CISSP, OSCP, ISO27001LA).
• Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 22001 and related standards.
• Experience performing security audits, penetration tests or red-team activities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of IT auditors to conduct onsite inspections for ING third parties.
• Evaluate IT controls and risk-related design/implementation.
• Plan and execute risk-based onsite audits; coordinate with senior management and suppliers.
• Deliver executive-ready dashboards and communicate risk insights to management.
• Travel may be required for some audits (6–8 weeks per year).
