ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Global Head of Security Detection & Response to lead our SDR function within the Global CISO organization. You will shape threat detection, drive innovation with AI/ML, and oversee a global team of product owners, engineers, and security professionals.

This role requires strategic leadership, budget stewardship, and senior stakeholder engagement across regulatory and business lines.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity or related disciplines, in large, complex orgs or top-tier firms.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM; additional certs are advantageous.
• Proven experience building and operating security services and capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate cyber strategy into an SDR strategy, roadmap, and execution plan.
• Ensure SDR services remain effective, resilient, and compliant with regulations.
• Embed security into ING’s business and technology strategy for secure innovation.
• Lead global teams including Product Owners, Process Managers, and Service Managers.
• Act as Chief Product Owner for global SDR services and drive adoption and value.
• Foster agile, cross-functional collaboration across tribes and chapters.
• Manage partners and vendors, ensuring audit readiness and measurable value.
• Own SDR portfolio, budget, and investment priorities.
• Define KPIs and outcomes aligning with risk appetite and resilience goals.
