ING Hubs Spain is seeking an IT Risk Expert to join the team as part of the second line of defense. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape risk decisions, and influence information technology risk management across ING’s European footprint.

You will support IRM officers, perform risk analyses, and report to senior management while helping develop frameworks, standards, and methodologies for effective risk governance.

Formación

• Extensive experience in IT/Information risk management and cybersecurity.
• Understanding of IT risk governance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex risk topics into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on Information Risk Management support to IRM officers and IT stakeholders.
• Perform risk analyses, risk papers, and executive-level reporting.
• Review and improve risk controls through QA reviews and oversight activities.
• Report IT risks of key ING programs and projects for governance.
• Monitor regulatory and threat developments and translate into IRM strategy.
• Support IRM leadership with research, evidence gathering and risk assessments.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of IT risk frameworks and procedures.
• Support regulatory interactions and follow-ups (ECB, audits).
• Develop training and awareness for Non-Financial Risk colleagues.
