ING Hubs Spain seeks a Compliance Lead to join our Data Protection and Compliance Team. The Lead will act as an independent expert for 2nd Line risk management in data protection and compliance, helping others succeed and ensuring the entity stays safe and secure.

The role focuses on advising, monitoring, and challenging risks related to personal data processing, and ensuring effectiveness of controls in line with ING standards.

Formación

• Advanced academic degree: technical, disciplinary proficiency, management knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in control functions such as compliance, data protection, risk management or auditing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Dedicated certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advise, monitor and challenge risks related to data subject processing.
• Ensure compliance with ING policies and local regulations.
• Lead training on Data Protection and Compliance for ING Hubs Spain employees.
• Instruct management and staff on Data Protection and Compliance requirements.
• Execute monitoring activities and report results to Management.
