Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, software engineering, or adjacent field.
• Mastery of data engineering and analytics engineering principles.
• Experience with SQL, Python, data modeling, ELT, dbt, orchestration, and cloud data services (preferably GCP BigQuery).
• Strong DevOps practices: Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve reliable data pipelines, analytics models, and reusable data products for BI, internal apps, and AI consumers.
• Provide technical leadership and establish standards for architecture, modeling, orchestration, testing, data contracts, documentation, and governance.
• Shape and operate a governed semantic layer across reporting, apps, APIs, and AI-enabled services.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from discovery to deployment and operation.
