Trimble is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and optimize a next‑generation Data Infrastructure & Services platform on Google Cloud Platform. You will own end-to-end platform outcomes, integrate AI-assisted tooling, and drive IaC, observability, and governance across multi-cloud migrations.

You will work in a lean platform engineering pod, collaborating with lead data engineers to migrate from AWS/Azure to GCP, build data workflows, and ensure secure, compliant, and scalable

Formación

• Experience with cloud platforms and platform engineering across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on experience with declarative IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern data infra components (BigQuery, Airflow, Dataflow, dbt).

Responsabilidades

• Own platform outcomes from intent through production delivery.
• Design, provision, and evolve cloud environments using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in migrating workloads and data pipelines to GCP from other clouds.
