Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working on data, reporting, analytics, or data product initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Experience managing backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience creating acceptance criteria and supporting UAT activities.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
