Jobgether in Spain seeks a Performance Marketing Motion Designer / Video Editor to craft and optimize paid social creatives that drive measurable results. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, test variations, and analyze performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Formación

• 3–5 years of motion design/video editing/creative role.
• Strong portfolio in motion design, paid social, and social-first storytelling.
• Proven experience creating performance ads on Meta/TikTok/YouTube.
• Solid grasp of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPM, CPC).
• Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience testing, learning, and refining creative work with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Advanced proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop; knowledge of Figma.
• Hands-on use of AI-powered tools for ideation, video creation, or production acceleration.
• Strong visual judgment: composition, color, typography, hierarchy, storytelling.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple variations and deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English; degree in design/visual comm is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize, design, edit, and animate assets for performance-focused social campaigns across major platforms.
• Translate marketing objectives into engaging creative concepts for measurable actions.
• Create modular variations for structured A/B testing with clear naming and version control.
• Review performance data and identify patterns to inform iterations.
• Turn campaign data and stakeholder feedback into actionable creative iterations.
• Manage post-production workflows: editing, sound design, VFX, motion graphics, color correction.
• Adapt creatives into multiple versions, placements, aspect ratios, and formats.
• Research platform trends, audience behavior, and high-performing formats for new tests.
• Lead projects from brief to delivery while coordinating with creative/marketing/account teams.
• Leverage AI tools for image generation, video production, and workflow optimization.
