Factorial is seeking a Paid Motion Designer to support and scale our Performance Marketing team. You will produce high-volume motion ad variations and translate brand essence into captivating visuals across paid channels, using AI-native tools to iterate quickly.

You should bring proven motion design experience for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), strong English, and a portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and results.

Formación

• Proven experience in motion design for paid media channels.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and UA ads.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Portfolio of motion work across paid or digital channels.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on with AI-native tools for rapid iteration.

Responsabilidades

• Produce a high volume of motion ad variations, iterating fast based on performance data.
• Translate brand essence into captivating visual assets for paid channels.
• Read and interpret performance metrics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Experiment with motion techniques and AI tools to stay ahead of the curve.
• Own the full creative process from concept to final cut.
