COCUNAT is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist in Barcelona to drive creative performance with a 100% performance mindset. You’ll translate learnings from Meta metrics into actionable steps and ensure the Creative team delivers high-impact work backed by data.

You will own the creative learning cycle from analysis to iteration, coordinate with editors and designers, and refine copy to fit platform native language. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, growth creative, or performance marketing focused on paid social.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager for analysis, breakdowns, fatigue detection.
• Ability to read a creative as a system: hook, angle, narrative, format, linked to numbers.
• Strong creative judgment with defendable decisions beyond data.
• Sharp copy skills to adapt hooks and ad text to platform voice.
• Experience briefing and coordinating design teams or video editors.
• Analytical, test-driven mindset; hypotheses over personal taste.
• AI-first profile: already using AI tools in creative/analytic workflow.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Creative performance analysis on Meta: review metrics and interpret results.
• Component-level diagnosis by messaging angle, hook, format, audience.
• Define next steps and prioritize the creative pipeline.
• Benchmarks and top-performer research across Meta Ad Library and industry.
• Create creative briefs with hypotheses and track outcomes.
• Coordinate with video editors and designers; brief, track, feedback, sign-off.
• Copy adaptation: refine hooks, on-screen text, and primary text.
• Design and document creative A/B testing with success criteria.
• Communicate learnings to Growth team with actionable insights.
