UMAEZ LLC in Spain is seeking a Creative Strategist for DTC brands to own concept development and scripting on-site. This full-time role offers strong growth opportunities and a data-driven creative system.

You will produce 15–20 net-new concepts weekly across video and image formats, conduct research into angles and consumer psychology, write direct-response scripts, and collaborate with editors and designers to drive scalable performance.

Formación

• Proven direct-response experience with scripts or ad concepts run on Meta or TikTok (paid socials).
• Strong copywriting across video and static formats; compelling writing that drives purchases.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology, awareness stages, and what converts cold traffic.
• Obsessive researcher who finds angles others miss.
• High output capacity, averaging 15–20 concepts a week, with sustained quality.

Responsabilidades

• Research & Concept Development: develop 15–20 net-new concepts weekly across video and image formats.
• Scriptwriting & Creative Execution: write compelling direct-response scripts and briefs for editors/designers.
• Collaboration & Iteration: work with Lead Strategist, editors and designers to accelerate testing velocity.
• Performance Analysis & Scaling: analyze winners weekly and rapidly iterate to scale.
