Codeway in Barcelona is seeking an ambitious Growth Marketing Specialist to own a broad set of UA activities and collaborate closely with product and design.

You will manage campaigns across Google and social networks, develop creative tests, build dashboards, and help shape Codeway's growth strategy. This is a full-time role with relocation support to Barcelona and a strong learning budget.

Formación

• 2+ years in performance marketing and user acquisition.
• Experience running Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end marketing for a web product.
• Develop and test creatives; generate hypotheses.
• Run and optimize campaigns across Google and other networks.
• Build external partnerships with ad networks.
• Build BI dashboards and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with product to inform monetization.
• Drive growth initiatives with creative growth-hacking ideas.
