Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for a major data centre project in Spain. You will provide end-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover and close-out.

Responsibilities include representing client interests, leading consultant and contractor teams, managing risk, schedule, costs and procurement, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing multi-million euro construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with leadership gravitas.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
• Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
• Own risk register and change control processes.
• Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.
• Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction.
