NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support multiple data centre programmes in Spain. You will lead day-to-day execution across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning workstreams, coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires proven experience delivering large-scale projects, a strong grasp of MEP and commissioning workflows, and the ability to drive progress while maintaining risk

Formación

• Experience delivering large-scale technical or industrial projects, ideally data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of MEP, CSA, and commissioning workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain clarity under pressure.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills advantageous.
• Willingness to work on a contract basis across projects with differing durations.

Responsabilidades

• Project delivery — Manage construction and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with programme milestones.
• Stakeholder management — Maintain communication with client teams, contractors, and internal disciplines.
• Risk and issue control — Identify risks, track issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Contractor supervision — Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Progress reporting — Provide weekly updates on schedule, cost, and resource utilisation.
