Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Manager to lead on‑site construction activities for data centre projects in Spain, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance across the delivery lifecycle.

You will oversee contractor performance, manage risks, and report progress while collaborating with a wide range of clients and multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Professional construction or project management qualifications desirable.
• Health and safety training relevant to construction industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day‑to‑day construction project management and site leadership across data centre projects
• Monitor project progress against programme, budget and quality objectives
• Review contractor methodologies, risk assessments and construction execution plans
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
• Coordinate with client representatives, contractors, consultants and suppliers to resolve project issues
• Support project reporting, change management and project controls processes
• Identify project risks and contribute to mitigation planning
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities
