Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for delivering a major data centre project in Spain. You will provide end-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover and close-out, coordinating client, consultant, and contractor teams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with fluency in Spanish and English and strong leadership gravitas expected.

• Extensive project management experience on major capital works.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million-euro projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with leadership gravitas.
• Proficient in scheduling tools (MS Project and Primavera P6).

You’ll Need To Have

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
