Mott MacDonald in Spain is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data centre construction programmes, guiding cross-disciplinary teams and ensuring delivery against time, cost and quality targets. You will manage client relationships, oversee procurement, and steer governance, risk, and reporting while mentoring junior professionals in a hybrid working environment.

Flexibility to travel across Spain and Europe, native Spanish, fluent English, and a Chartered Engineer background

Formación

• Significant experience leading major construction projects in data centre or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record delivering high-value projects with strong governance and client engagement.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects and programmes.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and construction resources.
• Oversee contractor performance, project governance and commercial oversight.
• Maintain client relationships and act as primary contact for project matters.
• Lead reporting, risk management, change control and procurement activities.
• Mentor junior project management staff and drive team development.
