Turner & Townsend in Madrid is seeking a Project Coordinator (Documents & Procedures) to support the delivery of large-scale data centre projects. You will coordinate project documentation, processes, and stakeholder communications, ensuring information is logged, approved, and traceable.

Working with project managers, engineers, contractors and suppliers, you will help maintain quality records and enable efficient project activity.

Formación

• Experience in project coordination, document control, or project administration.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day project coordination across design, construction, and commissioning.
• Administer project documentation using systems, ensuring logs and distributions are accurate.
• Track document reviews, approvals, and project correspondence.
• Assist with maintaining quality records, procedures, and compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Monitor deliverables and support progress reporting.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for effective communication.
• Support implementation of processes, templates, and governance.
• Assist with risk registers, change requests, and tracking tools.
• Maintain dashboards and reports to show project status and metrics.
