Turner & Townsend in Madrid is seeking an Associate Director of Cost Management for data centers to lead cost teams and deliver client-focused outcomes across the project lifecycle. You will guide cost planning, estimates, and procurement strategies to ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include producing cost estimates, managing procurement, overseeing tender analysis, controlling post-contract variances, and delivering monthly cost reports with payment

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cost management, including planning, estimating, and contract management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management professionals within larger teams to deliver project outcomes for data center clients.
• Produce and present cost estimates and manage procurement processes.
• Oversee tender analysis and post-contract cost variances and change control.
• Produce monthly cost reports and provide payment recommendations.
