Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L.U. is seeking an onsite Data Center HR Manager to lead the DCO HR Partner team and drive the people strategy across a region of data center clusters.

Reporting to the HRM based in UAE, you will manage 6-8 direct reports and collaborate with HRBPs to deliver a best-in-class Builder experience. The role requires on-site presence with travel up to 30-40% annually.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics.
• Experience managing onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management.
• 5+ years of HR leadership, or 5+ years of leadership in related operations roles.
