Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. is seeking an Operations Manager for Data Center Operations in Spain. You will lead and develop cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and oversee maintenance and expansion of critical data center facilities.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, incident management, and capacity planning to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure supporting cloud services across the region.

Formación

• Experience leading teams through change and ambiguity.
• Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in highly dynamic settings.
• Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience owning the operation of a mission-critical team or product.
