Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. is seeking a Data Center Facility Manager to lead engineering operations across our data center availability zones, ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient performance.

In this role, you will manage infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, and the upkeep of critical mechanical and electrical systems, while driving risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration to sustain world-class facility operations.

Formación

• Experience in people management and team development.
• Experience in engineering work, managing large-scale services.
• Experience maintaining SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
• Experience operating a mission-critical team or product.
• High school or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead comprehensive engineering operations and maintenance across our data center availability zones
• Manage infrastructure build-out, project timelines, and vendor relationships
• Oversee critical mechanical and electrical service availability
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize facility performance and safety
