Siemens Energy is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the data center market across Iberia, covering Spain and Portugal. You will combine strategic development with hands-on account management to identify opportunities and position our energy solutions within data centers.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in business development or key account management, a technical background in electrical/industrial engineering, and a proven ability to manage complex sales

Formación

• Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally in data centers, energy systems, or electrical infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Industrial Engineering or Business required.
• Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the data center sector across Spain and Portugal.
• Promote Siemens Energy portfolio of power distribution, energy storage, grid connection, and onsite generation solutions.
• Provide consultative support to data center customers for resilient, efficient energy infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.
• Develop strategic account plans and serve as a trusted advisor to drive long-term growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams, product management, and regional hubs to deliver integrated solutions.
