Johnson Controls seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow the data center market in Spain within the EMEA framework. You will build strategic relationships with engineers, contractors, and hyperscalers, driven by a hunter mindset while promoting fire protection and broader building technologies.

You will lead account planning, deliver compelling presentations, and work closely with regional teams to maximize pipeline, order intake, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• Proven success in technical or solutions-based B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Consultative selling skills with ability to influence decisions and build long-term relationships.
• Experience working independently while collaborating within a matrix organization.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
• Create and refine Account Plans to expand market share and pipeline opportunities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding business objectives and technical needs.
• Influence project specifications to position Fire Detection & Suppression solutions as the preferred choice.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with regional sales, operations, and technical teams to pursue projects.
