Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Program Lead – Cooling to build and lead an end-to-end supply chain for data center cooling. You will work with Category Management and Strategic Sourcing to ensure cost, capacity, quality, and delivery targets are met across global programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Chain with global programs.
• Experience in industrial equipment or engineered products is a plus.
• Strong analytical, project-management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for cooling.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Procurement, Engineering, Operations.
• Translate growth projections into capacity and supplier plans.
• Identify supply-chain risks and define regional footprint.
• Ensure DFx/DCx/DFM principles in new product launches.
