Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Program Lead – Cooling to design and drive a scalable, cost-efficient supply chain for data center cooling products. You will collaborate with Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure cost, lead time, and quality targets are met across strategic projects.

You will develop and maintain should-cost models, manage supplier capacity expansion, and lead risk mitigation.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, hydraulics, HVAC or similar engineered products.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, global supply-chain programs.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the Cooling business.
Lead cross-functional teams to translate market growth projections into capacity and sourcing plans.
Establish should-cost and target-cost models with suppliers and pricing.
Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, design standardization, and make vs buy optimization.
Track material cost performance against program business cases and risk assessments.
Ensure supply chain readiness for rapid demand changes and new product launches.
