Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Supply Chain Program Lead – Cooling to develop and lead a scalable, cost‑efficient supply chain for data center cooling products. You’ll collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management to ensure cost, capacity, quality, lead time, and delivery targets are met across strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Chain
• Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, hydraulics, HVAC or engineered products
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex global supply-chain programs
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work with senior executives, cross-functional leaders and global suppliers
• Knowledge of BU supply base and market dynamics
• Understanding of both commercial and technical supply chain areas
• Proven analytical data interpretation skills
• Certified Supply Chain Professional
• Geographically mobile for development opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Supply Chain strategy and cost-reduction initiatives for Cooling.
• Establish should-cost and target-cost models with Supplier Leads and Pricing.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, design standardization, or make-vs-buy optimization.
• Track material cost performance against program business cases.
• Translate market growth projections and customer requirements into capacity, sourcing, and supplier strategies.
• Identify supply-chain risks and mitigation plans; define scalable footprint across regions.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing on supplier capacity expansion and capital investment.
• Ensure supply chain readiness for new product development and launches.
• Incorporate Design for Supply Chain, Design for Cost and Design for Manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate FP&A and production ramp-up activities.
• Operate in compliance with Flowserve policies.
