JLL is seeking a Project Manager for Data Centers to join our PDS department in Madrid. The role involves leading projects from inception to completion, coordinating internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in architecture or engineering, strong English communication, and extensive experience in construction projects.

Formación

• Education in Architect/ Technical Architect, Engineer or similar.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• 8 years’ experience in the construction sector.
• Essential knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations
• PMP certification preferred
• Good level of spoken and written English is essential.
• Experience dealing directly with clients.
• Proven ability to manage projects to scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents.
• Coordinate resources and team members to deliver projects on plan.
• Draft budget proposals and manage changes as needed.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Plan and schedule timelines using appropriate tools.
