Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. is seeking a senior Cluster Operations Manager to lead the build-out and 24/7 operation of data center compute teams in Aragón. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on people development, talent growth, and scalable processes.

You will shape a culture of operational excellence as the region expands. The role emphasizes leading managers and large teams while aligning with global standards and local growth demands.

Formación

• Experience in managing managers and building a team.
• Experience hiring and developing talent through growth.
• Fluent English: speaking, writing, reading.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems under tight schedules.
• Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data Center Managers and 100+ associates, building leadership.
• Define and execute operational strategy for Aragón region.
• Own all operational KPIs and drive improvements in safety and efficiency.
• Plan data center build-outs and scale operations accordingly.
• Lead incident response for Large Scale Events and communication.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS teams to share best practices.
