Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead multiple data center build projects at a Zaragoza site. You will own scope, schedules, budgets and work with general contractors to deliver high-quality facilities for our customers.

The role requires experience in construction management for data centers or mission-critical facilities and fluency in English and Spanish. The position is based on site in Zaragoza, Spain, within AWS Infrastructure Services’

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Experience in data center delivery or mission-critical facilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction activities for data centre sites including scope, timeline and budget.
• Direct interface with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality turn-overs.
• Lead bid evaluations and negotiations with general contractors.
• Create construction project scope and RFPs.
• Manage capital requests and invoicing related to construction work.
