Glovo is seeking a Real-Time Operations analytics professional to own end-to-end analyses that uncover root causes of delivery stalls and automation opportunities. You will drive real-time detections, triggers, monitoring and documentation, operating at the intersection of operations analytics, AI agent quality and automation engineering.

Formación

• Advanced SQL across large event and transactional tables.
• Structured, sceptical approach to problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience delivering production systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Own operational analyses end to end from problem to decision.
• Build automations: real-time detection, actions, monitoring.
• Work on AI voice and chat agent systems across markets.
• Design experiments with proper unit choice and metrics.
• Create processes that ensure reliable outputs from automated systems.
