Formación

• Advanced SQL across large event and transactional tables.
• Check database columns before using them.
• Structured, skeptical problem-solving with error testing.
• Hands-on experience building end-to-end production solutions.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Nice to have: Python (pandas or equivalent), experiment analysis, BigQuery, n8n, Google Apps Script, Looker, AI agent platforms, LLMs in reliable outputs, prompt design and validation.

Own operational analyses end to end, identify the underlying drivers of problems, and turn findings into decisions about where to focus; Build and run automations for real-time detection, triggered actions, monitoring, and operational documentation; Work on systems for AI voice and chat agents across fourteen markets, including automated conversation audits, knowledge base updates, and prompt evaluations; Design and analyze experiments, select randomization units and outcome metrics, and report results accurately; Build processes that send inputs to an LLM and return reliable outputs, with checks to validate those outputs; Hand off findings outside RTO to the relevant owner with evidence they can act on.

• Advanced SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and joins across large event and transactional tables;
• Check what database columns contain before using them;
• Use a structured, skeptical approach to problem-solving and test conclusions for potential errors;
• Have hands-on experience building an end-to-end production solution that other people depended on;
• Good written and verbal English;
• Nice to have: Python (pandas or equivalent), experiment analysis, BigQuery, n8n or similar orchestration, Google Apps Script, Looker, voice or chat AI agent platforms such as ElevenLabs, background in last-mile delivery, marketplaces or logistics, practical experience using LLMs in processes requiring reliable outputs, prompt design, structured outputs, and output validation.
