Glovo is seeking an analytics-focused engineer for Real-Time Operations to diagnose why orders stall and build automated fixes. You will analyze root causes, implement real-time detection, and support AI-driven agents across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering to design experiments, monitor outcomes, and deliver reliable, documented solutions that keep deliveries moving.

Formación

• Advanced SQL with window functions, CTEs, and large tables.
• Structured, skeptical problem-solving approach to identify root causes.
• Hands-on end-to-end production experience with dependable systems.
• Good written and verbal English for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end operational analyses from ambiguous problem to decision.
• Build and run automations including real-time detection and monitoring.
• Work on AI voice/chat agent systems across multiple markets; audits and knowledge-base updates.
• Design experiments with clear metrics and honest reporting including failures.
