Glovo is seeking a CRM Intern to join the Growth & CRM team within Courier/Rider Operations. This role supports lifecycle campaigns for riders across 21 countries and helps transform workflows with AI-powered automation. You’ll learn lifecycle marketing at scale while shaping how AI enables faster, leaner, more personalized processes.

You’ll design campaigns, execute end‑to‑end tasks, track metrics, and collaborate with 21 regional teams to tailor communications and improve results.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in growth, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
• Technical comfort with automation (e.g., scripts or simple workflows) and data basics.

Responsabilidades

• Design lifecycle campaigns and flows for rider campaigns across 21 countries.
• Execute campaigns end‑to‑end: briefing, audience setup, QA, localization, launch, reporting.
• Track CRM performance metrics and support A/B testing with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with local teams to adapt campaigns to regional needs.
• Identify repetitive tasks and build automation to speed up production.
