Cognizant Netcentric ищет аналитика данных с опытом 3+ лет для поддержки бизнес-решений через анализ, визуализации и инсайты. Ваша работа будет включать сбор требований, работу с источниками данных, участие в A/B тестах и коммуникацию с стейкхолдерами.

Qualifications

+3 года профессионального опыта в Data Analytics, желательно с опытом AI/ML.
Знание Tableau и Databricks.
Понимание бизнес-контекста и связь технологий с задачами бизнеса.
Практичный подход и готовность к операционной работе.
Сильные коммуникативные навыки для взаимодействия с бизнес- и техническими стейкхолдерами.
Готовность к периодическим поездкам по Европе.
Интерес к AI и продуктам с ориентацией на клиента.
Опыт работы в кросс-функциональных, Agile командах с клиентским продуктом.
Будет плюсом: Product Analytics, LLMs, чат-боты, решения AI в службе поддержки; nearshore проекты.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate and relevant data analysis to support informed business decisions.
Determine and prioritize data requirements necessary to address business challenges and objectives.
Source, evaluate, and integrate new data sources to enhance analysis and insights.
Analysis, Insights gathering and recommendations for actions
Ensure that the data used for analysis is accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
Create clear and impactful visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate data insights effectively
Present and explain data findings to stakeholders in a way that is understandable and actionable.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals
Design and execute A/B tests and apply statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making.

Ability and willingness to understand the business context and “why” behind technical features.
Hands-on mindset, comfortable with day-to-day operational work and proactive engagement.
Strong communicator able to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
Open to occasional travel across Europe.
Someone with a strong analytical foundation, curiosity for AI and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable in cross-functional, agile teams, ideally experienced with customer-facing products.
