Eraneos Iberia is seeking a Data&AI Manager to blend business development, strategic advisory, and project delivery with technical depth. The role targets 10–15 years of Data/AI experience and senior stakeholder engagement, shaping client transformations.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, guide platform choices, and mentor teams, driving value for clients through Data & AI capabilities.

Formación

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Proven track record leading Data & AI transformation projects in complex organisations.
• Strong business development, account management and/or consulting sales experience.
• Experience leading RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Ability to engage with C-level and senior business stakeholders.
• Solid technical understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics and AI/GenAI.

Responsabilidades

• Business development and account growth through senior client relationships.
• Advise on Data & AI strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead and delivery of complex Data & AI transformation projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and technology partners.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities in delivery.

2.Data&AIStrategy

• AdviseclientsonhowtodefineandexecutetheirData&AIstrategyalignedwithbusinessobjectives.

• AssessdataandAImaturity,ecosystems,capabilitiesandoperatingmodels.

• Definetransformationroadmaps,targetarchitecturesandimplementationpriorities.

• Identifyopportunitieswheredata,analyticsandAIcancreatemeasurablebusinessvalue.

• TranslatebusinesschallengesintopragmaticandscalableData&AIsolutions.

3.Project&DeliveryLeadership

• LeadcomplexData&AItransformationprojectsfromstrategythroughimplementation.

• Ownprojectdelivery,ensuringscope,quality,timelines,budgetandclientsatisfaction.

• Manageseniorstakeholdersacrossbusiness,IT,dataandoperations.

• Coordinatemultidisciplinaryteamsandtechnologypartnersthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

• Identifyandmanagedeliveryrisks,dependenciesandopportunities.

4.Technical&FunctionalExpertise

• Bringstronghands-onunderstandingofmodernData&AIecosystemsandtechnologies.

• Provideguidanceondataplatforms,cloudtechnologies,analytics,AI/MLandemergingGenAIcapabilities.

• Evaluatetechnologyoptionsandsupportclientsinselectingtherightplatformsandsolutions.

• Understanddataarchitecture,datagovernance,dataengineering,analyticsandAIusecasesatalevelthatenablesyoutochallengeandguidetechnicalteams.

• Ensurethattechnicalsolutionsarealignedwithbusinessobjectives,scalability,securityandlong-termvalue.

5.DataGovernance&AITransformation

• SupportclientsinestablishingeffectiveDataGovernance,DataManagementandDataOperatingModels.

• AdviseonresponsibleAI,regulatoryrequirementsandthegovernanceofAIinitiatives.

• Helporganizationsestablishthecapabilities,processesandorganizationalmodelsrequiredtoscaleData&AI.

• DefineandsupporttheimplementationofinitiativesthatturnData&AIstrategiesintomeasurablebusinessoutcomes.

6.TeamLeadership&PeopleDevelopment

• LeadandmentorconsultantsandseniorconsultantswithinData&AIprojects.

• Supportteamdevelopment,capabilitybuildingandknowledgesharing.

• ContributetorecruitmentanddevelopmentofData&AItalent.
