Antal International seeks an experienced Data & AI Manager to lead transformation projects, engage C-level clients, and drive new business in a leading international consulting context.

The role combines strategy, technology, and business development across multiple industries, with hybrid work based in Madrid. You will manage proposals, client presentations, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Formación

• 10–15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Strong background in consulting, business development and account management.
• Experience preparing and leading RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems, including Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS and/or GCP).
• Data Governance & Data Management.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring consulting teams. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Business-oriented, entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data & AI transformation projects from strategy through execution.
• Advise clients on Data Strategy, AI adoption, Data Governance, Analytics and Operating Models.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, client presentations and business cases.
• Define transformation roadmaps, target architectures and implementation priorities.
• Guide clients on modern Data & AI technologies, cloud platforms and analytics solutions.
• Support technology selection and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to the growth of the Data & AI practice through capability building, recruitment and thought leadership.

What you'll do
