Tamarind Intelligence in Madrid is seeking an experienced Data & AI Manager to lead transformation programs at a global consultancy, blending strategy, technology, and business development to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will work with C-level executives, shape data strategy, governance, cloud architectures, and analytics capabilities while mentoring teams and expanding client opportunities across industries.

Formación

• 10–15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation projects.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting, business development and account management background.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data & AI transformation projects from strategy through execution.
• Advise clients on Data Strategy, AI adoption, Data Governance, Analytics and Operating Models.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, client presentations and business cases.
• Define transformation roadmaps, target architectures and implementation priorities.
• Guide clients on modern Data & AI technologies, cloud platforms and analytics solutions.
• Support technology selection and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to the growth of the Data & AI practice through capability building, recruitment and thought leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Manager to join a leading international consulting firm, where you will combine strategic advisory, business development, and project leadership to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior consultant or manager who enjoys working with C-level stakeholders, driving business growth, and leading end-to-end Data & AI transformation projects.

What you'll do

• Lead Data & AI transformation projects from strategy through execution.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation projects.
• Strong background in consulting, business development and account management.
• Experience preparing and leading RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems, including:
  • Data Platforms & Architecture
  • Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)
  • Data Engineering & Analytics
  • Data Governance & Data Management
  • AI, Machine Learning & Generative AI
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring consulting teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Business-oriented, entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
