Eraneos Iberia is seeking a Data & AI Manager to combine business development, strategic advisory, and project leadership to help clients transform via data and AI.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, lead complex delivery programs, guide technology choices, and shape governance and operating models across diverse initiatives.

Formación

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Proven experience leading Data & AI transformation projects in complex organizations.
• Strong track record in business development, account management and/or consulting sales.
• Experience leading RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-level and senior business stakeholders.
• Solid technical understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems, including cloud technologies, data governance and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Business Development & Account Growth activities, identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
• Direct and mentor Data & AI transformation projects from strategy to delivery, ensuring quality and value.
• Advise clients on data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics, AI/ML and GenAI capabilities.
• Help establish Data Governance, Data Management and AI operating models for clients.

Are you an experienced Data & AI professional with a strong consulting mindset, a passion for digital transformation, and a proven track record in business development and project leadership?

Eraneos Iberia is looking for a Data & AI Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will combine business development, strategic advisory, project delivery, and technical expertise to help our clients unlock the value of their data and AI capabilities.

We are looking for someone with 10–15 years of experience in Data & AI, who can engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, lead complex transformation initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and bring enough technical depth to challenge solutions and guide clients towards the right technology and operating model.

What You Will Do With Us

1.Business Development & Account Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities around Data, AI and digital transformation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to account development strategies and identify opportunities for expanding existing engagements.
• Lead or contribute to RFPs, proposals, pitches, statements of work and business cases.
• Support the development of Eraneos' Data & AI offering and go-to-market initiatives.
• Advise clients on how to define and execute their Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Assess data and AI maturity, ecosystems, capabilities and operating models.
• Define transformation roadmaps, target architectures and implementation priorities.
• Identify opportunities where data, analytics and AI can create measurable business value.
• Translate business challenges into pragmatic and scalable Data & AI solutions.

3.Project & Delivery Leadership

• Lead complex Data & AI transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
• Own project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, budget and client satisfaction.
• Manage senior stakeholders across business, IT, data and operations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies and opportunities.

4.Technical & Functional Expertise

• Bring strong hands-on understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems and technologies.
• Provide guidance on data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics, AI/ML and emerging GenAI capabilities.
• Evaluate technology options and support clients in selecting the right platforms and solutions.
• Understand data architecture, data governance, data engineering, analytics and AI use cases at a level that enables you to challenge and guide technical teams.
• Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives, scalability, security and long-term value.

5.Data Governance & AI Transformation

• Support clients in establishing effective Data Governance, Data Management and Data Operating Models.
• Advise on responsible AI, regulatory requirements and the governance of AI initiatives.
• Help organizations establish the capabilities, processes and organizational models required to scale Data & AI.
• Define and support the implementation of initiatives that turn Data & AI strategies into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor consultants and senior consultants within Data & AI projects.
• Support team development, capability building and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to recruitment and development of Data & AI talent.
• Act as a role model for Eraneos' consulting culture and ways of working.

What We Are Looking For

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Proven experience leading Data & AI transformation projects in complex organizations.
• Strong track record in business development, account management and/or consulting sales.
• Experience leading RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-level and senior business stakeholders.
• Solid technical understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems, including areas such as:

• Ability to connect business strategy, technology and execution.
• Experience managing project teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• A pragmatic, entrepreneurial and client-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
