Eraneos Iberia is seeking a Data & AI Manager to join our growing team in Spain. You will combine business development, strategic advisory, and delivery leadership to help clients unlock value from data and AI capabilities.

The role demands 10–15 years of Data/AI experience, ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, lead transformation programs, and guide clients toward the right technology and operating models.

Formación

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Experience leading Data & AI transformation projects in complex organizations.
• Strong track record in business development, account management and/or consulting sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities around Data, AI and digital transformation.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to account development strategies and expand existing engagements.
• Lead or contribute to RFPs, proposals, pitches, statements of work and business cases.
• Support the development of Eraneos’ Data & AI offering and go-to-market initiatives.

2.Data&AIStrategy

• AdviseclientsonhowtodefineandexecutetheirData&AIstrategyalignedwithbusinessobjectives.

• AssessdataandAImaturity,ecosystems,capabilitiesandoperatingmodels.

• Definetransformationroadmaps,targetarchitecturesandimplementationpriorities.

• Identifyopportunitieswheredata,analyticsandAIcancreatemeasurablebusinessvalue.

• TranslatebusinesschallengesintopragmaticandscalableData&AIsolutions.

3.Project&DeliveryLeadership

• LeadcomplexData&AItransformationprojectsfromstrategythroughimplementation.

• Ownprojectdelivery,ensuringscope,quality,timelines,budgetandclientsatisfaction.

• Manageseniorstakeholdersacrossbusiness,IT,dataandoperations.

• Coordinatemultidisciplinaryteamsandtechnologypartnersthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

• Identifyandmanagedeliveryrisks,dependenciesandopportunities.

4.Technical&FunctionalExpertise

• Bringstronghands-onunderstandingofmodernData&AIecosystemsandtechnologies.

• Provideguidanceondataplatforms,cloudtechnologies,analytics,AI/MLandemergingGenAIcapabilities.

• Evaluatetechnologyoptionsandsupportclientsinselectingtherightplatformsandsolutions.

• Understanddataarchitecture,datagovernance,dataengineering,analyticsandAIusecasesatalevelthatenablesyoutochallengeandguidetechnicalteams.

• Ensurethattechnicalsolutionsarealignedwithbusinessobjectives,scalability,securityandlong-termvalue.

5.DataGovernance&AITransformation

• SupportclientsinestablishingeffectiveDataGovernance,DataManagementandDataOperatingModels.

• AdviseonresponsibleAI,regulatoryrequirementsandthegovernanceofAIinitiatives.

• Helporganizationsestablishthecapabilities,processesandorganizationalmodelsrequiredtoscaleData&AI.

• DefineandsupporttheimplementationofinitiativesthatturnData&AIstrategiesintomeasurablebusinessoutcomes.

6.TeamLeadership&PeopleDevelopment

• LeadandmentorconsultantsandseniorconsultantswithinData&AIprojects.

• Supportteamdevelopment,capabilitybuildingandknowledgesharing.

• ContributetorecruitmentanddevelopmentofData&AItalent.

• ActasarolemodelforEraneos’consultingcultureandwaysofworking.
