Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking professional to join an international team in Greece, guiding customers through remote troubleshooting and setup, and coordinating service with local technicians.

You will receive comprehensive, fully paid training and relocate to Greece, embracing an expat lifestyle while developing expertise in Customer Care and Technical Support within a dynamic global department.

Formación

• Native or C1-level Danish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers to assist with remote troubleshooting and setup questions.

• Master two lines of business—Customer Care and Technical Support—to keep work varied and engaging.
• Work in an international department where English is the training and team language.

What You'll Do Every Day (Your Daily Vibe)

• Be the Problem Solver: Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers to assist with everything from remote troubleshooting to setup questions (like how to connect a smart washing machine or program an advanced oven).
• Provide Premium Support: Help customers locate the right spare parts, find serial numbers, or coordinate service appointments with local technicians when needed.
• Level Up Your Skills: Master two dynamic lines of business—Customer Care and Technical Support—keeping your day-to-day work varied and exciting.
• Connect Globally: Work in an expansive, high-energy international department where English is the main language used for training and team communications

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level Danish fluency, combined with a good command of English (B2) for your training and systems. (Bonus tip: Miele love meeting the team, so representatives will drop by during your training to welcome you!)
• Tech Comfort: Good general PC skills and a basic, everyday curiosity about how things and gadgets work.
• Mindset: An open, communicative, and friendly personality who handles busy moments (like high-energy Monday mornings) with a smile.
