FH Collective - Academy in Málaga is seeking a Danish-speaking Technical Support Advisor to assist customers with TV and audiovisual products, ensuring a high-quality service experience.

You will provide support via phone, email, or chat, troubleshoot devices, and guide users step-by-step while coordinating with internal teams.

The role is full-time, on-site in Málaga, with an international team, a salary of €21,400 gross per year and a bonus of up to €1,800 gross per year.

Formación

• Native or C1+ level in Danish.
• Good level of English.
• Interest in technology and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus.

Responsabilidades
