Job summary

OneMoneyWay is seeking a Danish-speaking Onboarding Manager to guide new Danish business clients from signed application to fully active accounts from our Málaga office in the financial district. You will be the main contact during onboarding, coordinating with sales, compliance and support to ensure smooth activation and setup.

The role offers a hybrid setup with three days in the office and two days remote, with a modern international team and room to grow into leadership or operations roles.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and good English, written and spoken.
• Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and good at managing many cases at once.
• Clear, friendly communicator who keeps clients informed and motivated.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Based in Málaga or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Guide new Danish business clients through the onboarding process, from application to account activation.

• Collect and check client information and documents, and follow up on anything missing.
• Work closely with sales, compliance and customer support to keep applications moving.

• Spot bottlenecks and suggest improvements to make onboarding faster and smoother.

OneMoneyWay is a financial platform offering business accounts, payments and business cards to SMEs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Spain. We're looking for a Danish-speaking Onboarding Manager to guide new Danish business clients from signed application to fully active account, working from our office in Málaga's financial district.
