Ersilia is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an on-site team in Barcelona, Benalmadena, or Valencia. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while logging cases and meeting SLAs. The role emphasizes product knowledge in the EV sector and collaboration within a multicultural, growing team.

The position offers full-time hours (39h/week), regular training, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive, diverse environment.

Formación

• Bilingual in Danish and fluent in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet settings).
• Proactive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve inquiries.
• Log cases accurately in the system and respond within SLAs.
• Maintain understanding of services/products in the EV industry.
• Collaborate with teammates and support during absences or high workload.
• Fulfill administrative duties and participate in training sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your supervisor.
