Factorial is seeking a Partner Account Manager for the DACH market in Barcelona. This role focuses on building trust and ensuring partner success through effective support and relationship management. You will manage client requests, train partners, and collaborate with product development teams to enhance services.

We're looking for candidates fluent in German with a minimum of 2 years of partner management experience. Factorial offers a multicultural work environment with various perks.

Formación

• Fluent in German (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• 2+ years of experience in partner or account management.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for partners across the DACH region.
• Support onboarding, implementation, and troubleshoot client issues.
• Design and manage partner training programs.
