Cross Border Talents is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and focus on the Czech market.

The role offers a permanent contract, comprehensive onboarding, 22 days of annual leave, Friday afternoons off, a hybrid work model after meeting targets, and travel/fare coverage for Madrid visits.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Czech
• Native or bilingual English
• Must already reside in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience, such as BDR, SDR, outbound sales or call center
• Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume communication
• Strong KPI and results orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close
• Contact potential customers in the Czech market
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and follow-ups
• Manage free trials and support prospects through the decision-making process
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions and revenue
• Handover successfully closed accounts to the Customer Experience team
