Dexian Europe is seeking a Cybersecurity Help Desk / Support Analyst for a 4-month assignment in Spain. You will provide frontline cybersecurity ticket support, assist with DLP activities, and help with day-to-day security operations while the team searches for a permanent hire.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a SOC or security operations environment, hands-on CyberArk PAM experience, and solid incident response and malware analysis skills.

Formación

• 3–4 years in cybersecurity within a helpdesk.
• Experience in SOC or cybersecurity operations.
• Hands-on with CyberArk or PAM solutions.
• Understanding of incident response and ticket triage.
• Familiarity with malware analysis concepts.
• Experience supporting DLP programs and security policy enforcement.
• Able to independently investigate and resolve security issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve cybersecurity service desk tickets.
• Triage and investigate security incidents and alerts.
• Support CyberArk administration processes and privileged access requests.
• Review website access approvals and reviews.
• Process USB device access requests.
• Address security policy exceptions.
• Investigate suspicious activity and assist malware analysis.
• Support incident management and escalation processes.
• Assist users with security software installation and access issues.
• Identify manual tasks and suggest automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to maintain controls and timely ticket resolution.
• Document findings, procedures, and remediation activities.
