Job summary

haddock is seeking a customer-support professional to handle inbound queries in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will diagnose issues across product workflows, provide clear, timely responses, and help reduce repeat questions through updated playbooks and macros.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer support, strong troubleshooting, and flawless written Spanish. English is a plus; on-site work in Barcelona with flexible hours and remote days when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or helpdesk (SaaS preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting mindset; ability to break problems down and test hypotheses.
• Excellent written communication in Spanish; English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound support requests (chat/email) and diagnose issues across product, integrations and user workflows.
• Provide structured, friendly responses and manage expectations until resolution.
• Identify bugs vs. user error and write high-quality tickets with reproducible steps.
