Position: Customs Broker

Location: Madrid

Overview

AIR GO is seeking a skilled Customs Broker to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with IOSS/H7 customs clearance processes, acquiring a well-rounded operational profile. You’ll work closely with our Operations and Customs teams to ensure smooth warehouse workflows and report any incidents to upper management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management — Oversee daily warehouse activities with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Customs Clearance Training — Engage in hands-on training to become proficient in E-commerce customs clearance processes; collaborate with our customs team to gain expertise in customs documentation and compliance.
• Process Optimization — Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements; partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Schedule and Availability

This role operates on a rotating shift basis, which means you may be scheduled for morning, afternoon, or night shifts depending on the month.
